August and September

I felt like these three months flew by. You continued to get bigger, doing more things like starting to crawl and sitting up on your own. You have become more interested in toys too. You also developed a larger interest in food. It is fun to watch your reactions as you try something new.

We went on a vacation to a beautiful little resort for a family reunion of sorts. We ended up just staying for one night, but it was fun. You hung out with family and got to meet some of your cousins from Kansas for the very first time. We went swimming, which you loved. We watched Aunt Stacy fall, first of many times for you I am sure. She is pretty clumsy (love you Aunt Stacy!). You did great on the drive there and back. Cousin Blace came too. I sure do miss him a lot. I hope one day he gets to move back home with your Auntie Ashley and Uncle Richard.

Meeting your Uncle Michael from Kansas

And your Aunt Jennifer from Kansas too! (don't mind crazy grandma in the background)

Spending time at the pool

Such a cool dude.

At Uncle Erik's cabin where we stayed for the weekend

You didn't nap so great in your pack n play

In September, we met your great grandparents at Marine World for the day. I haven't been to Marine World in such a long time and you, obviously, had never been. It was a really fun day. HOT, but tons of fun. We got season passes so I am sure we will be going more in the future :)

We got to see lots of animals, which was a first for you. Funny to think that something so simple is a first thing for you! I was bummed the whale show wasn't going on. Maybe next year.

I love to watch your grandpa interact with you. He loves you so much. I know as you age you two will have a special bond that nobody can break (and you will probably be spoiled rotten and get whatever you want from him too)

It's funny how I thought things would be different with your Uncles and you. I mean, boys don't really know what to do with babies. But your Uncles LOVE you. They always want to hold and play with you. It really is cute. I love how much they love you

Watching the Tigers with your Papa. Such a sweet moment caught on camera.

Uncle Ivan loves hanging with you too!

And of course Grandma and Uncle Grant love to be with you too :)

You really were such a good boy, even in the heat!

I used to be so uncomfortable feeding you in public. Now I don't even use the cover that much. Funny how things change

Family pictures of course

Almost all the guys...missing Chuck

A group shot, after a fun filled day!

Of course the months were filled with many other things. You spent time with daddy on the weekends I worked and we hung out together as a family on my weekends off. Now that I am working, the weeks fly by. You're going to be one before I know it.

We love you Cash. Forever and ever.
